Public bug reported:

In November 2014, Google updated its authentication scheme for Google
calendar to OAuth. The current `xul-ext-gdata-provider` (packaged as
version 31.2 in Ubuntu 14.04) does not support OAuth. The upstream-
upstream version 1.0.2 supports OAuth.

To solve this problem the page `xul-ext-gdata-provider` should be
updated to ship at least version 1.0.2.
