Utopic is no longer supported. Okay - gpxviewer has now been removed from Vivid and Wily. This has allowed the latest version of osm-gps-map to move from proposed to released. I had previously arranged for a backport to Trusty, and yesterday I prepared a backport for Utopic which is just waiting for sponsorship. This was the case for Utopic, and is still the case for Vivid.
