Public bug reported: When I'm turning on my Laptop with an Intuix S800 usb dvb-t stick plugged in, "dmesg | grep -i dvb" says the following: [ 29.680000] dvb-usb: found a 'LITE-ON USB2.0 DVB-T Tuner' in cold state, will try to load a firmware [ 29.760000] dvb-usb: downloading firmware from file 'dvb-usb-dibusb-6.0.0.8.fw' [ 29.812000] usbcore: registered new interface driver dvb_usb_dibusb_mc [ 29.816000] dvb-usb: generic DVB-USB module successfully deinitialized and disconnected. [ 31.712000] dvb-usb: found a 'LITE-ON USB2.0 DVB-T Tuner' in warm state. [ 31.712000] dvb-usb: will pass the complete MPEG2 transport stream to the software demuxer. [ 31.716000] DVB: registering new adapter (LITE-ON USB2.0 DVB-T Tuner). [ 31.716000] dvb-usb: no frontend was attached by 'LITE-ON USB2.0 DVB-T Tuner' [ 31.716000] input: IR-receiver inside an USB DVB receiver as /class/input/input4 [ 31.716000] dvb-usb: schedule remote query interval to 150 msecs. [ 31.716000] dvb-usb: LITE-ON USB2.0 DVB-T Tuner successfully initialized and connected.
The problem is the "dvb-usb: no frontend was attached by 'LITE-ON USB2.0 DVB-T Tuner'". If have no idea whats wrong. mplayer dvb://PROGRAMM returns (surprise) it cannot find the frontend... BUT after a restart with the plugged in dvb-t stock, all works fine... It's my first bug report, so I hope I can attach the dmesg outputs of the 2 cases..
