[Bug 139941] Re: Could not rename partial file ... Please check permissions

2008-08-23 Thread Connor Imes
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

[Bug 139941] Re: Could not rename partial file ... Please check permissions

2007-12-19 Thread Marcus Ilgner
Same problem on my system, a current Gutsy Gibbon. I read that there's a
conflict between Kontact and the reminder daemon trying to access the file at
the same time.
I don't know the K-Libraries but shouldn't there be some easy way to lock the
file and fix this?

2007-10-29 Thread DJRumpy
I can confirm this. Same issue here. I added a second remote resource
(iGoogle calendar via iCAL) this morning and I started getting this
error.

Gutsy (Kernel 2.6.22-14)

Kontact Version 1.2.4 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405)

2007-10-25 Thread Lee Burnham
I have the same problem here, on Feisty. Up - to - date packages
(4:3.5.6-0ubuntu6) - I see this error with both my WEBDAV calendar
(.ics) and a google .ics calendar.

[Bug 139941] Re: Could not rename partial file ... Please check permissions

2007-10-17 Thread Jean-Samuel Chenard
I also have the same problem. I am using the local calendar and one
import of the Google calendar (via the ICAL private link).

I am running up-to-date Gutsy with KOrganizer 3.5.6 (enterprise
0.20070907.709405).

When I remove the remote calendar, I don't see the error anymore.

[Bug 139941] Re: Could not rename partial file ... Please check permissions

2007-09-23 Thread GustavoNarea
I'm sorry for the delay.

Yes, I'm using an up-to-date Gutsy and the bug is still there.

I'm using the Default Korganizer Resource plus 5 iCalendars from Trac-
powered projects, which are all hosted at the GLM Tracker:
http://tracker.gnulinuxmatters.org/ (in case we want to test it by
yourself).

[Bug 139941] Re: Could not rename partial file ... Please check permissions

2007-09-17 Thread Luka Renko
Gutsy uses kdepim enterprise branch and it is possible that this is new
regression (or bug fix is not included on that branch). Can you confirm
this bug with last gutsy version of kdepim?
