Is that still an issue? https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-calendar/issues/408 which is a similar issue has that comment 'gnome-calendar checks _NL_TIME_WEEK_1STDAY for the current locale, which is set to 19971130 (Sunday) for China. So I think you need to report this to glibc if you want it changed.'
