I think textured video has been disabled in gutsy(as patch in driver), since it does not work with composite and XAA. It does work with EXA, but EXA was not ready for gutsy. Confirming this bug. Intel driver 2:2.1.1-0ubuntu9 doesn't provide textured video adapter. "xvinfo" command shows only overlay.
