How to trigger the bug? Just by trying to browse a smb://server/share
location in nautilus and give a wrong password? it reprompts with
editable controls here...

EDIT: Yes, this is still an issue with 3.26.4 on Ubuntu 18.10. All
controls in the connection dialog remain disabled after the first
connection attempt (like in the screenshot).
