Public bug reported: Lenovo Thinkpad x200t Ubuntu 15.04 AMD64
Since upgrade from 14.04 LTS is got following effect. To reproduce: Open a program that scrolls graphical elements like firefox, enter some web sites. Now scroll the content with mouse or keyboard up or down. Result: Some colors from tiny elements smear about whole lines, visible chars fades out. Scrolling has turned to a haunted house of flickering chars and color expression. It was possible to take a screenshot, the yellow from tiny left border smeared to the right like a leaked ink cartridge.
