This seems to be a First boot vs hard reset issue: STEPS (I SEE) 1. Flash krillin with the latest image have 2 sims in it 2. Open system settings 3. Goto Phone → call waiting on sim1 4. Compare that with Phone → call waiting on sim2 5. If sim1 is set on turn it off, in theory it should turn back on after reset 6. If sim2 is off turn it on, in theory it should turn back off after reset. 5 is false 6 is true. 7.
