Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* New upstream release (LP: #1456867)
* debian/control:
- Bump build-depends on libgtk-3-dev, gtk-doc-tools, libglib2.0-dev
* debian/libgtksourceview-3.0-1.symbols:
- Updated

gtksourceview3 (3.16.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* New upstream release.
* Update Build-Depends as per configure.ac:
- Bump libgtk-3-dev to (>= 3.16).
- Bump libglib2.0-dev to (>= 2.44).
* Point Vcs-* URLs to the unstable branch.
* Drop obsolete Breaks/Replaces from pre-wheezy.
* Update symbols file with new API additions.
