Further update, The issue remains, I didn't notice it because in Arch linux the driver had better performance and from my AP distance I was kinda OK, however when I have moved for a few metters the signal drops to ~55% and the issue persisted in kernel 4.2. Update: I switch from ubuntu to Manjaro, using kernel 4.2.2 Huray I am not doomed to be using older kernel such as 3.13 forever.
