x1 carbon gen3. same problem. its usually disconnect about 30 times a day and I am trying to work on this laptop. this is becoming insane. sometimes the connection wont stay up longer than a minute at a time. Disconnected with "Reason: 7=CLASS3_FRAME_FROM_NONASSOC_STA" on this particular network multiple times. Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.2 kernel[0].
