So, do you think it's possible to add the necessary packages, like GCC, on the ISO, to install VirtualBox Guest Addition out of the box ? GCC is a compiler. I know that GCC is a compiler but usually when I install a linux distro (Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Manjaro) on VirtualBox I have no problem to install virtualbox guest additions. I just tried Kubuntu 15.04 and you are right gcc is not installed. Maybe it was on Netrunner that I didn't need to install gcc. I tried Ubuntu and gcc, and everything VirtualBox Guest Additions need if it need something else, is installed by default.
