Jérôme Guelfucci: The session splash is not re-enabled. I've simply
added the Xubuntu splash screen to the package again.

Furthermore, did anyone push that bug upstream?

As far as I know, this was removed during feisty development cycle since it 
slowed down the desktop loading.
