[Bug 1492397] Re: Ctrl+H doesn't copy selected text into the "search for" text input at first invocation after other text has been replaced
Karl-Philipp, We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time. Ubuntu 15.04 (vivid) reached end-of-life on February 4, 2016. Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported in a currently supported release of Ubuntu? For the record I can't confirm this issue using gedit 3.30 in Ubuntu 19.04 (dev). Please let us know if you do otherwise this bug report will expire in approximately 60 days time. Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better. [Bug 1492397] Re: Ctrl+H doesn't copy selected text into the "search for" text input at first invocation after other text has been replaced
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME. If you have done so, please tell us the number of the upstream bug (or the link), so we can add a bugwatch that will inform us about its status. Thanks in advance. ** Changed in: gedit (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1492397 Title: Ctrl+H doesn't copy selected text into the "search for" text input at first invocation after other text has been replaced To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gedit/+bug/1492397/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
