Binary package hint: deluge-torrent

I get the following error when enabling either the "Enabling selecting
files for torrents before loading" option in the Preferences dialog and
when using the File plugin when I try to select various files when
adding a torrent or trying to select files in an existing torrent:

File priority can only be set when using full allocation.
Please change your preference to disable compact allocation, then remove and 
re-add this torrent.

In the Preferences dialog it is set to Use Full Allocation. When
selecting Use Compact Allocation and clicking OK then re-opening the
Preferences dialog the Use Full Allocation is checked.

Note that doing what the error above suggests also does not work due to
the above issue.

Using up to date Gutsy on AMD64.
