I find that I can partually get rid of this bug writing Option TripleBuffer True Option ARGBGLXVisuals True in Device section of my xorg.conf. But it is not exhaustive issue cause I now see different types of corruptions. But it is quite a tolerable. Seems it's been broken in xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.1.1-0ubuntu6 , and fixed in 2:2.1.1-0ubuntu7 .
