Public bug reported: do-release-upgrade asked me to file this bug.
I am under 14.04 LTS and want to upgrade to a non-LTS version. It seems that the upgrade manager tries to upgrade from 14.04 to 15.04 because 14.10 is EOL, but then complains because 15.04 is not the next version after 14.04. If I run sudo DEBUG_UPDATE_MANAGER=1 /usr/bin/do-release-upgrade -d, it tries to download thing about utopic (14.10) but fails due to 404 errors.
