Public bug reported: Hello,
I am testing Kubuntu Xenial. Whenever I start a session, a notification keeps telling me that I can install Flash to "improve" Firefox. First, this non-free software doesn't improve Firefox at all as far as I am concerned, it only slows things down at best. I will install Flash if I really need to, in another browser, but I want my main browser to remain "Flash-less". Maybe this sentence should be changed into something like "Some websites require Flash to work properly. Do you want to install it?" Second, I have no chance to say "I am not interested, please don't ask again". I think this dialog, instead of showing "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons should show buttons likes "Yes", "No, thanks" and "Ask me Later". ** Affects: kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1524210 Title: Kubuntu keeps telling me I can install Flash to improve Firefox To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kubuntu-meta/+bug/1524210/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
