Restricted Manager in Turkish doesn't work either because of "%(os)s" changing. Also Totem and some other programs either. Can't we make a function to check these wrong translations? Same problem exists for Turkish, too. I have a system of amd64 processor, ubuntu gutsy (for i386) clean install, and it's localized for Turkish.
