xenial has 1.4.6 already in the official ubuntu archive., and it'll stick to that version for all of its lifetime. just uploaded to the scribus PPA. Anything that enables us to use Scribus 1.4.6 is very welcome, thanks! 16.04 is on our watchlist, but for a classroom situation that starts before 2016-04 we would like to stay on 14.04 to avoid massive update flooding...
