Binary package hint: update-manager
My experience is similar to Bug #153902, but the URLs in /var/log/dist-
upgrade/main.log contain ca.archive.ubuntu.com instead of
fr.archive.ubuntu.com. (I am located in Canada.) There may be other
differences, as well but I don't have the expertise to decipher all the
logs -- I will try to attach the files for your review. I am filing this
as a separate report just in case the issue is different. If it's the
same issue, then please mark this as a duplicate and accept my
apologies.
