I confirm that I am experiencing this bug in Ubuntu 9.04, I have version 0.62.5ubuntu3 installed. And I have this even with "All" selected. Once clicking on "unmark all", I expect to see the list that I had in front of me displayed again, only without the eventual selections that I had made.
