It affects Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon.

My printer: KONICA MINOLTA Magicolor 2430DL (USB + Network printer)

The printer was automatically detected and installed when I plugged the
USB cable, the print test page went fine in both BW & colour mode.

The problem:

impossible to print a picture from gnome (eog, gthumb), the picture is
transmitted to cups and to the printer, the printer accept the job then
reject it.

The workaround is to use firefox or gimp to print my pictures, with them
it works fine.

I've tried both USB and Network interface, the problem is the same.
