I've disabled all of the plugins that might cause shadow, there is no shadow visible, but jumping is still present. Don't you think it should be fixed? Quite annoying since I often have 1/2 or 1/4 sized windows side by side. This is not the case for me neither in my custom session with gtk-window-decorator, nor in stock Ubuntu 16.04.0. I'm on Ubuntu 16.10 (as of today, always have up to date dev version of Ubuntu). I was using Unity session when filled an issue, now I have custom session with just Compiz (no Unity plugin installed at all), but still having exactly the same issue with gtk-window-decorator. After your comment I suspect this might be a bug in Compiz.
