Sorry, I can't. OTA 10 was released yesterday for Nexus 4 and while updating the phone was completely wiped. So I don't have the old logs anymore. I can confirm this bug in OTA 9.1 after reflashing Ubuntu Touch on my BQ Aquaris e4.5. After the upgrade to OTA 10 I've installed this app without any problems.
