Just tested the above image with eog 3.36.3-0ubuntu1 (Focal) and it crashed (Virtual Machine with 2 CPU cores and 4GB RAM). Still happening under Ubuntu 18.04. Note, though that in my case I don't see any error if I launch it in a terminal. The system halts for a few seconds while loading the file, and then eog just crashes.
