Same here: intel dual core 6600 NVIDIA GEFORCE 8 series graphics card LCD screen I tried to set vga=791 as kernel boot option and/or removed quiet and splash but it does not help. Yea i tried the same things, and got nothing. I have the integrated ati card. Im thinking it has to do with the driver. Oh well, maybe when amd\ati release a new driver ill try that. Even the new 8.42.3 is not helping at all.
