I think, I had the same problem sending files from my phone to my computer using OBEX-push. The kdebluetooth-package is missing /usr/lib/kdebluetooth/servers/kbtobexsrv. As I said I am able to see to pair up the computer from my phone. So my phone does see my computer. I have Bluetooth file sharing installed, Traz, and it still doesn't permit phone to see computer... computer can send to phone but not phone to computer.
