I was testing the build and that was the problem. The upgrade fail so I formatted my drive and did a vanilla upgrade - my previous attempt failed because I had way too many changes made to the installation and too many custom files failed to upgrade correctly. secvpn would not install, I then then removed this from installation, rebooted and ran dpkg --configure -a, it said unknown process -o.
