Maybe we could do relative date, but it's not in the spec [1], so I've
added ux to the report.

FYI: In the Weather app we recently added a piece of text to let the
user know when the weather data was updated.

We used "Updated N minutes ago" / "Updated N hours ago" / "Updated N

Reading [1] seems to indicate that support for ordinal numbers in a
locale aware manner is currently not supported in Qt. It may be possible
using a c++ icu library, but it's unclear how to do this and at the same
time respect locales without ordinal numbers.

Suggestions welcome.
