** Description changed:
- fcl 0.5.0-1 autosynced in the final week before Debian Import Freeze.
- The package fails to build from source on almost every architecture. The
- new version also caused kido to fail to build from source (which is
- holding up the tinyxml2 transition).

- Since we don't need fcl 0.5.0 in yakkety, please just remove the new
- version from yakkey-proposed.
