Hi, there is a new patch on upstream tracker, I tried it and built a deb (in my PPA) , things are going better, but the b/w image is synched but waving a bit ... Hi, I am running ubuntu 8.10 with a X700 mobility. The s-video output use to be working but with problems (wrong colors) with ubuntu 8.04. Testing with either the LiveCD or with an upgrade is sufficient. Just finished upgrading to Intrepid Alpha 4 on my Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo 1437G laptop, which has an ATI Mobility Radeon X700 card. Now the S-video output is not even detected by xrandr, so I'm not able to test it. Confirmed on Ubuntu Hardy Beta with an ATI Mobility Radeon X700 card, using the radeon driver. Tried to setup the TV output with the new "Screen Resolution" utility in Hardy, and also using xrandr directly, to no avail.
