Nish's fixes in https://launchpad.net/~nacc/+archive/ubuntu/bacula3 do correct this issue. File tables are updated as expected when using the updated packages. This bug may be a (partial) duplicate of 1553563. There is mention of users having same problem in comments of 1553563 even though initial bug description is related to bconsole.
