The Debian packages hasn't been rebuilt on top of the gnustep-gui package https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=camera.app=unstable https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=aclock.app=unstable why should we behave differently? Ok, I see that LocutusOfBorg synced this to yakkety a few weeks ago before Ubuntu 16.10 was released.
