sorry for the wrong posting just before...
so kill the initctl process works well but it come again after rebooting the 
OS, i do not know if it's related but notify-osd does not work it looks for me 
like the first time notify-osd must be displayed the initctl process starts to 
hang cpu slowly since it use 100% 
using sound sound applet must display notify-osd for volume level each time im 
using it the intictl process gain %

killall initctl is working but each reboot it hangs after randomly time.
