As the unstable kernel ppa now has 4.9 kernel, i've installed it on a
system using a nvidia-370/375 driver, but both fails at compile dkms
time.
This is an identified problem and a proposed patch is already ready:

- Could the kernel team include that patch as there is no workable nvidia
- driver yet ?
+ note: there is no full working patch found yet (the above one allow
