I reinstalled Ubuntu after I had filed the bug so now I am running Gutsy Gibbon. It worked fine in Gutsy than I upgraded to Hardy, after I restarted is when I started having problems. I understand you have reinstalled Ubuntu. Have you also installed evolution-rss ? Does the initial problem still exists after reinstall ? That is part of the problem it doesn't show up at all in the plugins menu. I suppose you already have evolution rss plugin enabled (Edit->Plugins). Can you run evolution from terminal and paste in the output.
