Public bug reported: I reported this upstream [1], but there's been a release since then, and the author hasn't seen the issue either.

Note that this does NOT occur on OS X with 0.4.5, so either it's an issue in the older version (and the package needs an update), or it's a Ubuntu specific build issue.
