Well, the package you mentioned were there, removed it and then reinstalled, the whole thing is working now, thanks... But still, uploads don't work because "there's no app for that", another problem to solve... Interesting. Indeed you shouldn't be affected by bug #1535666 if the name of the Downloads folder is untranslated in pt-BR. As for the log, can you please run webbrowser-app from a terminal and capture the output and attach it here as a text file?
