Same here, too - Ubuntu-Mate 17.10 beta 1 Wrong Anti-Aliasing on menu-bar titles and system-settings (see photo) after choosing another font. Selected Font: Ubuntu-Light, 11 pt.(photo) = errors Hinting/Anti-Aliasing settings have no effect. Intel-HD driver (HD 530), error definitive reproduceable, even in installation in Virtualbox.
