This is a bug in the clipgrab package, which was probably installed from https://launchpad.net/~clipgrab-team/+archive/ubuntu/ppa. I have subscribed the clipgrab team to notify them about this bug. Dear clibgrab packaging team: The clipgrab package really isn't supposed to ship the file /usr/bin/ffmpeg. If you really need to bundle a specific version of /usr/bin/ffmpeg, please install it as /usr/lib/clipgrab/bin/ffmpeg or something.
