I feel like these debug symbols should've been installed by default; or at least get the "install" option to actually work. Encountered the same situation...getting a recurring crash in plasmashell under Kubuntu 19.04 (but only when I've left the computer unattended for hours; it's never occurred when I'm sitting at the terminal).
