Hi Steve

I don't know. 
I guess it only waits until local-fs.target gets started, but not until it and 
all its dependencies finish. It takes a while until I have entered the 
passphrase 

It still worked  a few weeks ago. 
I don't trust systemd.

The nfs-server.service unit declares a dependency on the local fs being
mounted before it starts:

After= local-fs.target

So why does this not catch your encrypted partition?
