[Bug 1718544] Re: Backlight marking the active application is too pale
OK, I got it. I have added ubuntu-themes to the affected projects. Hope that it will draw attention of those who are responsible for adjusting stylesheet.css. If this is seen as a usability problem, the extension would have to be packaged with an adjusted stylesheet.css. > Concerning Unity-style backlights, are they planned to be introduced into 17.10? [Bug 1718544] Re: Backlight marking the active application is too pale
François Glais, thank you for considering this report. Concerning adjusting the style, I was sure that there is a way “under the hood” to do this. But I think that most users won't modify style of the Dock (actually, style of anything) by editing css files. So filing this bug report, I meant adjusting the default style. Concerning Unity-style backlights, are they planned to be introduced into 17.10? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1718544 Title: Backlight marking the active application is too pale To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock/+bug/1718544/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1718544] Re: Backlight marking the active application is too pale
A way of fixing this is by adjusting the focus style in the stylesheet.css. Eventually, if the "Unity 7" backlights are introduced, this will be less of a problem.
