Public bug reported:

1) Description: Ubuntu Artful Aardvark (development branch)
   Release: 17.10
2) clinfo: Installed: 2.1.16.01.12-1
3) clinfo detects the GPU
4) clinfo shows Number of platforms 0

-----------------------------------------------------------

I have tried different solutions, also the AmdGpuPro driver, but nothing works.
Actually, I revert back to the built-in amdgpu and I'm using DRM-Next and
Mesa-dev from padoka PPA, but with the same result.
