when running the lxc cli, i get the following error
vagrant@vagrant-ubuntu-trusty-64:~$ lxc
chroot: cannot change root directory to '/var/lib/snapd/hostfs': Operation not 
permitted

looking at the snap binary, i expected a suid root binary
ls -lad /usr/bin/snap
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 15519760 Aug 31 10:23 /usr/bin/snap

this is in a fresh ubuntu/trusty64 vagrant machine
apt-get install snapd
snap install lxd
