I don't think this is a duplicate. >From the authors file(from 2005): Based on the Xine plugin (http://xine.sf.net/) Which is once again based on avifile (http://avifile.sf.net/) Which is, more so, based on Wine (http://winehq.org/) If you have a look at the source, you'll see a lot 32bit specific stuff.
