Can anyone help testing this fix for timers on Intel, for artful? [Bug 1734278] [NEW] Grub2 cannot boot up when 8254 time function disable
Public bug reported: Fail to boot into Ubuntu GRUB on the platforms which legacy(8254) timer function is disabled. "8254 clock gating" is provided to disable 8254 timer to get rid of legacy and save power.
