Public bug reported: 'apt' is a easy-to-use wrapper around some 'apt-get' and also 'apt-cache' functions. The idea here is make 'apt' a even more useful tool allowing installation of .deb packages directly, creating a wrap[per around 'dpkg' command as well, allowing a command like this possible: $ sudo apt install mylovedpackage.deb
